Rotherham Hockey Club's online shop is in place to keep track of orders, while at the same time allowing for credit and debit card payments. The information below provides information about the shop and explains the ordering process.

This site uses Paypal to securely take credit and debit card payments.

The Ordering Process
The information below explains how the ordering process happens.
  • When an order is placed online, payment is taken immediately.
  • You will receive an e-mail with your order summery and confirmation of payment being taken.
  • Your payment is then checked by Rotherham Hockey Club to ensure that the order has been placed successfully.
  • In the case of subscription payments, the Club's records are updated to take a note of the payment.
  • In the case of Club Kit, your order is added to the current larger order being held by the Equipment Manager. Equipment orders are made to Bodyline Sportswear every few months 'en mass'.
  • Delivery times are not offered and cannot be guaranteed for kit orders.

  • Rotherham Hockey Club aims to ensure that the pricing of products on this site are correct at all times, however, the web pages may not accurately reflect the correct details at the moment at which you place your order.
  • When an order is completed you will be sent an e-mail confirming this. It will state what the products are and the cost. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations.
  • Reduced subscriptions can only be made by arrangement with Rotherham Hockey Club's Management Committee.
  • Rotherham Hockey Club shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
